If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, as per European distance selling regulations.

Returns from Italy 🇮🇹 (FREE)

For customers in Italy, returns are completely free.

How to request a return

Please provide:

  • order number
  • first and last name
  • item to be returned

We will arrange home collection directly via courier.
We will send the label to be printed by email; the customer will not incur any costs or prepayments.

Returns from abroad 🌍

For orders placed in European Union countries:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • We offer free size exchange or product replacement

Conditions for return acceptance

To be accepted, the product must:

  • be unused
  • have original tags
  • be in its original packaging
  • show no signs of wear or washing

Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.

Refund

After receiving and verifying the product, we will issue a refund within 5 business days using the same payment method chosen during purchase.
